The Hexagonal Bead Winding Line is integrated with the INTEREUROPEAN Bead Apex & Flipper Application Line for OTR tires and provided with it.
Presence of the wire pre-cast/pre-bending system eliminates any need for manual wire end splicing to the bead.
Two OTR beads are produced per cycle with optional automatic unloading from the winding drum by manipulator device.
